The Yoga Block (or yoga brick) is a multifunctional support used by both beginners, to make poses simpler and more comfortable, and by more advanced practitioners and teachers, to perfect alignment in Asanas and intensify stretching.

The block can be used as a support instead of a meditation cushion, for seated positions, or to activate specific muscles in certain exercises.

It is also very useful for helping to maintain balance and reach the floor in more complex poses, or as a support for relaxation poses.
